However, the live Friends Guide Travel & Tourism ID 57 page currently gives customers four package names and prices without explaining several details that affect the booking. The current operating schedule, boarding point, route, duration, ticket age bands, meaning of VIP, refreshment contents, language and transfer status should all be confirmed for the selected date.
This guide explains exactly what the four live options cost, what can reasonably be understood from their names and what must appear on the final voucher. It avoids promising a landmark, seat type or service that the package cards do not currently define.
The guest selector multiplies each package price by the number chosen. For example, two Regular tickets display AED 390, while two VIP tickets with refreshments display AED 560. The cards do not offer separate adult, child or infant categories, so the current interface appears to charge the selected package price for every guest. Friends Guide should not assume that a small child travels free or at a reduced rate unless the supplier confirms an age policy in writing.
The price differences are clear even though the benefits are not. VIP costs AED 45 more than Regular. Adding refreshments raises Regular by AED 35 and VIP by AED 40. The VIP-with-refreshments package is AED 85 above the basic Regular ticket. A customer should choose an upgrade only after learning what that extra amount buys.
The Regular ticket should be treated as the base admission for one selected guest. This is likely the most suitable option for guests who want the core land-and-water experience and do not need an undefined premium service. The lower price is useful only when it still includes the complete advertised route; Regular should never be sold as a shortened trip unless that distinction is clearly written.
The VIP card costs AED 45 more than Regular, but the live page does not identify a single added benefit. It does not promise priority boarding, a front-row seat, a different seating section, faster check-in, a souvenir, a photograph, refreshments or a longer route. The word “VIP” alone is not enough for a customer to compare value.
Before selling this package, Friends Guide should ask the operator to define the upgrade in one short, measurable list. If VIP means preferred seating, the exact zone and seat-allocation method should be stated. If it means priority boarding, customers should know whether that priority also affects seat choice. If it includes an item or service, the item should be named.

Friends Guide should list the exact items and quantity, identify common allergens where relevant and explain whether outside food is allowed. Families may also need to know whether a child-friendly alternative can be requested. A dietary preference, allergy or medical food requirement is not confirmed merely because it was typed into a checkout note.
This package may offer convenience when the contents suit the guest and the tour operates around a meal time. If the customer does not want the published items, the AED 195 Regular ticket may be the clearer choice.
The highest-priced live option combines the undefined VIP category with the undefined refreshment service. It costs AED 40 more than VIP without refreshments, AED 50 more than Regular with refreshments and AED 85 more than the basic Regular ticket.
Both parts of the upgrade should be described before payment. The voucher needs to show the VIP benefit separately from the food or drink items so that the customer knows what is included. Dubai Creek is more than a scenic background. The waterway helped shape the city's trading identity, and the mix of abras, dhows, modern buildings and older commercial districts gives the ride its visual character. Passengers see the waterfront from a lower angle than they would on a road tour.
The water segment should not be described as a cruise with dining, entertainment or an open deck. Guests who specifically want an evening meal and a longer boat atmosphere can compare a separate Dubai Creek dhow cruise dinner. The name “bus tour” can create the wrong expectation. Wonder Bus is normally a single scheduled experience in one amphibious vehicle. It is not designed for passengers to leave at multiple stops, spend time independently and board another bus later.
Travellers who want repeated stops and a flexible sightseeing route should instead review the Dubai hop-on hop-off bus. That service is intended for city transport between designated stops, while Wonder Bus is chosen for the novelty of remaining in the same vehicle when it enters the water.
