Deep Dive Dubai is an indoor facility in Nad Al Sheba with a freshwater pool reaching 60.02 metres. Its submerged environment resembles an abandoned city, with rooms, streets, vehicles and themed details at different levels. The live ID 52 page sells four experiences: three introductory scuba packages for non-certified guests and one guided surface snorkelling option. Each has different benefits. The quantity is charged for every selected participant, so two guests normally require two tickets.

This is the standard introductory scuba option for a first-time or non-certified diver aged ten or above. No previous scuba experience is required, but the participant must be able to swim, must satisfy the health requirements and must be comfortable following instructions in water. An instructor introduces the equipment, explains underwater communication and supervises the experience.
The maximum depth for the official non-certified experience is 12 metres. That is a safety and training limit, not a promise that every guest will reach exactly 12 metres. The actual route and depth depend on the participant's comfort, breathing, equalisation, skill performance and the instructor's judgement. A guest who needs more time in shallow water can still have a worthwhile experience without reaching the maximum.
Premium dive equipment and instructor supervision are part of the official core experience. A video upgrade may be available for an additional charge, but the standard ID 52 card does not say that a personal video is included. Confirm the complete media price and deliverables before payment if photographs or video are important.
Premium Discover Scuba follows the same essential beginner pathway: it is for non-certified participants aged ten or above, no previous scuba experience is required, and the guided dive remains subject to a maximum depth of 12 metres. The higher price is for added keepsakes and media, not for permission to dive deeper.
The official Premium package currently adds a memorable video, a commemorative certificate and an AED 100 voucher for the venue's Dive Shop. The final booking should clarify the video's approximate duration, format and delivery method, as well as any expiry date or purchase restrictions attached to the shop voucher.
The commemorative certificate records the experience; it is not a scuba certification and does not authorise equipment rental or independent diving. A recognised qualification requires a separate course with an authorised dive centre.
Platinum is the most personalised beginner scuba option sold on the live page. It is designed as a private experience with an instructor and currently has an overall experience window of about three hours. The same minimum age, health assessment, swimming requirement and non-certified maximum depth of 12 metres still apply.
The official Platinum package currently includes long and short video edits, digital photographs, a commemorative certificate, an AED 100 Dive Shop voucher and a personalised behind-the-scenes facility tour. These additions make it the strongest choice for a special occasion or for a guest who values private attention and a more complete media record.
Confirm whether “private” means one participant per instructor or allows two friends to share a session, and whether the price remains per person. Also check the photograph count, video format, delivery time and timing of the facility tour.
Discover Snorkelling is a guided surface experience for guests aged six or above. No snorkelling experience is required, but the participant must be able to swim. A mask, snorkel and flotation or other approved equipment are provided according to the venue's operating procedure, and an instructor guides guests over the submerged environment.
This package does not include scuba equipment, underwater breathing or a descent into the pool. The guest remains at the surface and looks down into the Sunken City. It is a practical choice for families, guests who do not meet the scuba age requirement, and confident swimmers who want the Deep Dive Dubai setting without learning scuba skills.
A video upgrade may be offered at extra cost. The ID 52 package card does not define the recording style, so confirm whether the upgrade follows one participant or records the group, what is delivered and how long delivery takes. Guests who want a genuine underwater descent should not select snorkelling simply because it is the least expensive package.
The 60.02-metre figure describes the deepest part of the facility. It does not override internationally recognised training limits or the venue's own rules. Non-certified Discover Scuba participants are guided only to a maximum of 12 metres. Certified divers are limited by their certification and recent experience, while specialist depths require the relevant advanced or technical qualifications and a different booking.
This distinction belongs near the package cards. Otherwise, the 60-metre headline can imply that every ticket reaches the bottom. No depth is guaranteed because safety and comfort take priority.
The pool contains filtered freshwater maintained at about 30°C year-round. There are no currents, waves or marine animals. This can make a first introduction more manageable, although normal scuba skills and health precautions still apply.
The Sunken City provides the visual interest, with streets, apartments, vehicles and props at different levels. The route depends on package, depth, conditions and instructor. Props may move during maintenance, so no room or photo angle is guaranteed.

No prior scuba certification is needed for the three Discover Scuba packages, but that does not mean no water ability is required. Official eligibility information says the participant must be able to swim. A guest should disclose weak swimming, panic in deep water or difficulty floating before buying a ticket.
Snorkelling also requires swimming ability because the guest is moving at the surface of a deep pool. Equipment and supervision support the activity, but they do not replace basic comfort in water.
