Deep Dive Dubai is an indoor diving facility in Nad Al Sheba with a 60.02-metre freshwater pool and a themed submerged city. The live Friends Guide Travel & Tourism page offers four options for non-certified guests. The pool’s record depth does not mean a beginner can dive to 60 metres.

Choose the Correct Package

• Discover Scuba Dive – AED 1,800: introductory scuba for first-time divers, with instruction and a guided experience subject to the venue’s beginner depth limit.
• Premium Discover Scuba – AED 2,400: beginner scuba with the additional media and keepsakes confirmed for this package.
• Platinum Discover Scuba – AED 3,000: the most personalised beginner option, with expanded media and package benefits confirmed on the voucher.
• Discover Snorkelling – AED 400: a guided surface experience using snorkelling equipment; it is not scuba diving.

Each price is per selected participant. Confirm the full package name, date, reporting time and inclusions before payment because similar names do not provide the same experience.

Beginner Depth, Age and Swimming Rules

Non-certified Discover Scuba participants are guided only within the venue’s introductory limit, currently up to 12 metres and always subject to instructor judgement. The current minimum age is ten for these beginner scuba options and six for Discover Snorkelling. Participants must be able to swim and follow instructions. Rules may change, so the confirmed venue requirements control entry.

Health and Safety

Every participant must answer the health declaration honestly. Pregnancy, heart or lung conditions, ear and sinus problems, recent surgery, medication and other concerns may prevent participation or require medical clearance. Guests with a cold or congestion should not hide symptoms. The venue makes the final safety decision.

Scuba participants must also follow the required no-fly and altitude interval after diving. Do not schedule a flight, skydive or high-altitude trip immediately afterwards.

The four live choices serve two different activities. Discover Scuba Dive, Premium Discover Scuba and Platinum Discover Scuba are introductory scuba packages, while Discover Snorkelling is a surface activity. Select the full package name rather than relying only on price. Premium or Platinum does not permit an inexperienced guest to exceed the instructor-approved beginner depth.

Ask for the current list of photographs, video, equipment and keepsakes included with each tier. Media benefits, delivery times and formats can change, and footage is always subject to operational and safety conditions.

Arrival, Equipment and Instruction

Arrive at the reporting time on the final voucher, not the activity start time. Registration, identification checks, the health declaration, equipment fitting and the safety briefing occur before entering the water. Late arrival may shorten or cancel the experience under the venue’s policy.

Spectators, Lockers and Personal Items

Inclusions and Exclusions

The voucher should state the selected scuba or snorkelling session, professional supervision, standard equipment, admission to the relevant activity area and any confirmed media package. Hotel transfers, meals, spectator access, additional photographs, medical certificates and optional upgrades are excluded unless listed.
