Service overviewAbout Azerbaijan visa assistance from Dubai
Planning a holiday in Azerbaijan from Dubai or another UAE emirate? Friends Guide Travel & Tourism LLC provides Azerbaijan tourist eVisa application support for eligible UAE residents. Our team assists with document checking, application preparation, online submission and visa status tracking.
The Azerbaijan eVisa, also known as the ASAN Visa, is issued electronically for eligible passport holders. It is a single-entry visa valid for 90 days and allows the traveler to remain in Azerbaijan for up to 30 days. Standard applications are normally processed within three working days, while an urgent eVisa option may be processed within three hours.
Eligibility is based mainly on the applicant’s passport nationality. Holding a UAE residence visa does not automatically make an applicant eligible. The applicant’s passport or travel document must remain valid for at least three months beyond the expiry date of the requested Azerbaijan eVisa.
The approved eVisa is delivered electronically. Travelers should print a copy and present it with the same passport used for the application when entering Azerbaijan.
Visitors can explore Baku, the Flame Towers, the Old City, Gabala, Shahdag, Sheki and other popular destinations. Travelers staying in Azerbaijan for more than 15 days must ensure their place of stay is registered with the State Migration Service, usually through their hotel or accommodation provider.
Visa approval is decided solely by the Azerbaijani authorities. Incorrect passport information, an unclear passport scan or an ineligible nationality may cause rejection or delay. Applicants should avoid purchasing non-refundable tickets until the eVisa has been issued.
