Ask our travel team

Ski Dubai Snow Park is an indoor winter attraction located inside Mall of the Emirates, Dubai. It offers a real snow experience with snow rides, winter activities, chairlift rides, snow play areas, and unique experiences like penguin encounters.

It allows visitors to enjoy winter activities even in Dubai's warm climate.

The current listed Ski Dubai Snow Park options are Ski Dubai - Snow Classic: AED 220.00 per adult and AED 220.00 per child; Ski Dubai - Snow Plus: AED 240.00 per adult and AED 240.00 per child. Review the selected package, travel date, guest eligibility and any transport or ticket extras before booking. Availability and final details are checked before confirmation.

Children under 2 are not permitted inside Ski Dubai. The operator requires guests under 14 to be accompanied by someone aged 16 or over, and helmets for children under 13. Individual rides have additional age, height and weight restrictions. Confirm each child's eligibility for the selected pass; penguin encounters and ski lessons are separate unless explicitly included.

The operator lists outfit and equipment rental with its passes. Confirm the clothing, boots, socks, gloves, locker and any other items included with your selected agency package. Wear comfortable layers underneath and check the current equipment guidance.

Ski Dubai maintains its indoor snow environment at approximately -4°C. Wear the winter clothing included with the selected pass and check that package’s clothing and equipment details before arrival.

Snow Park access and rides depend on the selected package. Ski-slope access, discovery lessons, Snow Bullet and penguin encounters are distinct inclusions; confirm each item on your voucher instead of assuming all activities are covered.

A penguin encounter needs a ticket or package that specifically includes it. A standard Snow Park booking should not be treated as a confirmed penguin session; check the time, age rules and photography conditions.

Plan around the access period and activities stated on your selected pass. Allow extra time for admission, changing into winter clothing and returning equipment. Lessons and penguin encounters may have separate reporting times; a general visit estimate does not extend the pass validity.
