Tour Description
Everything you need to know before planning your visit.
Current exhibition status
Museum of the Future admission is paused on this website. The museum is preparing new exhibitions, and its official FAQ gives the first quarter of 2027 as the planned reopening window. Treat that window as planning information: it does not confirm admission on a particular day. Check the official updates before making arrangements.
Tickets and prices after reopening
Previous standard-ticket and Pioneer Pass prices are not current offers. Wait for dated inventory and a written description of the available ticket options. Confirm the entry slot, visitor category, total price and any pass benefits before paying. An enquiry does not reserve a ticket, hold a place or provide instant confirmation.
Plan around the renewed experience
Do not build a future visit around old floor plans, exhibition names, opening hours or a fixed visit duration. Ask for the renewed programme and allow time for entry checks and travel once your slot is confirmed. Any selected event or programme needs its own access information; it does not establish that the main exhibitions have reopened.
Families and accessibility
Provide the ages of children and infants when requesting future tickets. Confirm the new visitor categories, supervision rules and any required identification. If you need step-free access, wheelchair arrangements or sensory guidance, ask for details for the actual experience you intend to visit before arranging transport.
What a future quotation should cover
Request written confirmation of the admission type, date, time and guest names or categories. Transfers, parking, food, retail purchases, special programmes and private guiding should be treated as separate unless explicitly included. Check cancellation, date-change and refund conditions before accepting a payable option.
Existing tickets and alternative plans
If you already hold a ticket, contact the seller shown on your confirmation with your booking reference and intended date. Do not assume an automatic transfer or refund. The two combos containing Museum admission remain paused too; any alternative itinerary needs a separate availability check and quotation.
