iFLY Dubai Tickets: Flight Time, Total Visit and First-Time Tips

iFLY Dubai tickets list flight time, but your visit lasts longer than the minutes in the wind tunnel.

iFLY Dubai tickets list flight time, but your visit lasts longer than the minutes in the wind tunnel. Check-in, instruction, equipment fitting and the group order are all part of the appointment. Plan around the full visit so the activity does not feel rushed.

The iFLY Dubai standard package currently describes two minutes of flight time. Ask how that time is divided and how early to arrive for your confirmed session.

Know what you are booking

iFLY is an indoor wind-tunnel experience at City Centre Mirdif. It is different from an outdoor jump from an aircraft. Visit Dubai's iFLY guide provides the venue context, while your selected ticket defines the actual session.

Ask whether the package includes only the standard experience or any extra flight option. Photos, videos and additional flight time should not be assumed unless they are listed.

Separate flight time from appointment time

Two minutes of flying does not mean you can arrive and leave within two minutes. Staff need time to register guests, explain the activity and fit the required equipment. Other participants may be taking turns too.

Leave a buffer before another fixed booking. If your group has different session times, agree where everyone will wait and whether spectators can watch under the venue's current arrangements.

Check eligibility before paying

Send participant ages and any details the operator requests. Height, weight, health and other participation conditions should be checked for the chosen session. Do not assume the same rules apply to every indoor adventure attraction.

Follow the operator's clothing and footwear instructions. Keep jewellery and loose items stored as directed, and listen carefully to the briefing and signals used during the activity.

Help a first-time flyer feel ready

Arrive without rushing and give yourself time to ask a simple question if an instruction is unclear. A first visit is about learning how the activity feels under supervision; you do not need to compare your performance with an experienced flyer.

For children, explain the sequence in plain steps: arrival, equipment, instruction, waiting and the flight. Knowing the order can make the day easier to understand.

Keep the rest of the day light

A meal or a relaxed mall visit can fit around the appointment. Our Dubai city guide helps you plan other sightseeing separately. If you want an arranged Dubai city tour, do not assume iFLY is part of the standard route.

Ask Friends Guide Travels for the session name, total visit allowance, included equipment, guest eligibility and final amount. Check any extra media or flight purchase separately before deciding.
