Children's ages are 2–12 years. Less than 2 years are free of charge.

For water activity, children must be 8 years old or older or skilled swimmers.

The venue provides basic facilities like seating, refreshments, and souvenir shops.

Pregnant women and injured people are not allowed to swim with dolphins.

Swim with Dolphins' sessions will remain operational and accept bookings for this period.
