These official desk arrangements do not prove that every child qualifies for the stored Kids Go Free offer. Request its dates, paid-adult ratio, child age or height rule and proof requirements in writing.

AYA uses flashing lights, loud sound, darkness, moving visuals and floor effects. Guests with photosensitivity, epilepsy, sensory, balance or mobility concerns should review suitability with the venue. Socks are required for the ball-pit activity and the official minimum height is one metre. Ask about step-free routes, wheelchair access and any unavailable installation for the selected date.

Zones and Ticket Inclusions

The venue describes 12 zones: River, Source, Harmonia, Pool, Tides, Flora, Falls, Celestia, Luna, Outland, Aurora and Drift. A confirmed standard ticket should cover one guest’s admission to the operating AYA experience. Transport, parking, valet service, food, drinks, lockers, souvenirs, professional photography and other Wafi City attractions are excluded unless the voucher states otherwise. A closure or private event can affect individual zones without changing the name of the ticket.

Location, Opening Hours and Arrival

AYA is on Level One of the main atrium at Wafi City, Oud Metha Road, Umm Hurair 2. Dubai Healthcare City station on the Green Line is about a six-minute walk according to the venue. Current official hours are Sunday to Thursday from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM and Friday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to midnight, with last entry one hour before closing. Check the official AYA website for the selected date because holidays, maintenance and private events can alter access.

Arrive early enough for ticket validation and keep the booking name and accepted identification available. Allow at least 60 to 90 minutes and more if your group wants unhurried photographs or repeated interactions. Follow staff directions on flash, tripods, food, drinks and restricted areas.
