No. A tourist visa, general visit visa or standard Umrah visa does not authorize Hajj. Travellers intending to perform Hajj must obtain the appropriate Hajj visa, official permit and approved package through the channels announced for that season.
What is the difference between a Saudi tourist eVisa and an Umrah visa?
The tourist eVisa is intended for tourism, leisure, family visits and Umrah, excluding Hajj. A dedicated Umrah visa is issued specifically for Muslim travellers performing Umrah. The most suitable option depends on the applicant’s nationality, residence status, eligibility and travel plans.
