Service overviewAbout Malaysia visa assistance from Dubai
Planning to explore Kuala Lumpur, Langkawi, Penang, Genting Highlands or Malaysia’s beautiful islands and rainforests? Friends Guide Travel & Tourism LLC provides professional Malaysia tourist eVisa assistance for eligible visa-required UAE residents travelling for holidays, sightseeing, family visits and other permitted short social visits.
Malaysia’s eVisa system allows eligible foreign nationals to apply online without completing a traditional embassy visa application. Visa requirements are determined by the traveller’s passport nationality rather than UAE residence status alone. Some nationalities can enter Malaysia without a visa, while others must receive an approved visa before travelling.
Our Malaysia eVisa assistance includes an initial applicant profile review, personalized document checklist, online application form preparation, photograph and passport-document review, accommodation and flight-document guidance, financial-document checking and complete visa-file organization before submission.
Common documents may include a passport valid for at least six months, a recent passport photograph, valid UAE residence evidence, Emirates ID, confirmed or reserved return flight details, accommodation documents and supporting financial or employment information. Additional documents may be requested depending on the applicant’s nationality, travel history and personal profile.
A Malaysia Single Entry Visa is generally valid for entry within three months from its issue date. Eligible eVisa holders may normally receive permission to remain in Malaysia for up to 30 days, although the final period of stay is determined by the Malaysian immigration officer upon arrival.
Official eVisa processing generally takes approximately 2 to 7 working days after a complete application has been submitted. Processing may take longer during public holidays, peak travel periods, document verification or when additional information is requested.
Most foreign travellers must also complete the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card within three days before arriving in Malaysia, subject to the exemptions announced by the Malaysian authorities. The MDAC is an arrival registration and does not replace a visa when a visa is required.
An approved eVisa permits the traveller to travel to a Malaysian entry point and request admission. It does not guarantee entry because the final decision remains with the Malaysian immigration authorities.
Friends Guide Travel & Tourism LLC provides administrative visa application assistance and travel-document support. We do not represent the Malaysian government and cannot guarantee visa approval or entry into Malaysia.
