Experience and Eligibility

The platform raises seated guests while they remain secured according to the operator’s safety system. Ride duration and height depend on current operations and weather. The attraction may pause during strong wind, rain or unsafe conditions.

Age, height, weight and health restrictions can apply. Children must meet the operator’s minimum requirements and may need an accompanying adult. Pregnant guests and travellers with serious heart, back, neck, vertigo or mobility concerns should confirm suitability before booking.

Booking Information

Arrive before the confirmed time for check-in and safety instructions. Wear secure footwear and avoid loose items that could fall from the platform. Valid identification may be required.

Hotel transfers, parking, additional food, professional photos and personal expenses are excluded unless stated. Dietary preferences and allergies must be raised before selecting a food package. For another JBR-area water view, consider the Dubai Marina Dhow Cruise, or compare the Dubai Balloon at Atlantis for a different aerial perspective.
