The apparent operator now presents Signature and Private experiences, while this page stores Standard, Deluxe and Adventure package names. These labels should not be treated as equivalent without written confirmation. Ask Friends Guide Travels to identify the licensed operating company, map the selected tier to a current supplier product and confirm the final adult and child price, pickup, meal and ground activities.
The operator’s current Signature Experience information says flights operate from 1 October to 31 May, subject to weather, and take place around sunrise. Dubai pickup is normally between 3:00 AM and 5:00 AM, with the exact time shared the evening before travel. Its published flight lasts about 45 to 60 minutes and the full itinerary about five hours. These details apply only if the selected package is confirmed as that supplier product.
The operator does not accept children younger than seven. Ages seven to eleven use the child category and guests aged 12 or over use the adult category. Pregnant guests cannot fly. The operator also lists recent major surgery or broken limbs and chronic back or neck pain as exclusions, while guests over 60 require an additional waiver. Each passenger must be able to enter and leave the basket and follow landing instructions. Emirates ID or passport details are required.
The published Signature itinerary includes shared Dubai pickup and return, Arabic coffee and dates, the sunrise flight, a vintage Land Rover transfer, breakfast and a short camel ride. Those inclusions do not automatically apply to every tier stored here. Private transport, private basket space, photos, video and upgrades are excluded unless the final voucher explicitly includes them.
The pilot makes the final safety decision. If unsuitable weather prevents the operator from starting the tour, its terms describe rebooking or a refund. Public supplier pages currently show different guest-cancellation cutoffs, so request the reseller-specific deadline in writing and read the current operator terms. Keep the full morning free because launch location, road conditions and weather can change the schedule.
Wear comfortable clothing and flat, closed shoes, bring a warm layer in winter and secure loose belongings. If a flight is unavailable, compare the Morning Desert Safari or the Overnight Desert Safari, remembering that these are different ground-based products.
