Prime or Non-Prime The View at The Palm Ticket?

Prime and non-prime admission depend on the selected ticket and session. Confirm the actual entry time, reporting time, validity and viewing level. A general sunset preference does not reserve a specific slot.

Arrival at Palm Jumeirah Mall

The venue directs visitors to The Palm Tower and Palm Jumeirah Mall. Confirm the current attraction entrance with the venue before travel. Allow time for Palm Jumeirah traffic, parking or taxi drop-off, mall navigation and ticket validation. Arrive before the reporting deadline because a late guest may not be admitted to a fully booked prime slot.

Visitors using public transport must check the current operating status of the Palm Monorail. The monorail fare and observation-deck ticket are different products.

Views, Weather and Photography

The elevated viewpoint overlooks Palm Jumeirah, the coastline and surrounding skyline. Visibility depends on haze, dust, cloud and light. Sunset colour and a clear view of every landmark cannot be guaranteed.

Follow current rules for tripods, flash, professional equipment and commercial filming. Keep walkways and viewing points clear so other visitors can enjoy the experience.

Accessibility and Visitor Comfort

Guests using a wheelchair, stroller or mobility aid should confirm the current accessible route, lifts and assistance before arrival. Visitors uncomfortable with heights can remain in suitable indoor areas where available. Children must stay with an adult throughout the visit.

Inclusions and Exclusions

The package should include admission for the confirmed prime or non-prime slot and only the observation areas named on the voucher. Fast track, premium lounges, rooftop access, food, drinks, parking and hotel transfers are excluded unless listed.

Family entry and stroller arrangements

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged at least 21 who holds a valid admission ticket. Children aged 3–12 using a child ticket may be asked for valid proof of age. Children under 3 can enter free under the venue rules, with identification requested when needed.

Strollers and shopping bags are not allowed inside the experience and should be stored in the available locker rooms. Arrive 15 minutes before the ticket time; late entry is not guaranteed.
