Check the operating calendar and attraction notices for your selected date before travelling. This general update does not guarantee a particular ride, entry time or available ticket. Friends Guide checkout remains paused until authorised dated ticket inventory, the correct category and the final price are confirmed. Previous rates are not live tickets.

Choose the right park and ticket

The theme park, water park and LEGOLAND Hotel are separate products. A standard single-park ticket does not automatically include the other park, and a hotel reservation includes park admission only if the confirmed package expressly says so. The operator lists a one-day two-park product; check that the voucher names both parks and states its valid date and entry conditions. Allow time for walking, changing and children’s rest when considering two parks in one day.

Plan a family day

LEGOLAND Water Park is designed primarily for families with children aged two to twelve, while welcoming other ages. Attractions include slides, pools, younger-child play areas and Build-A-Raft River, where soft LEGO blocks can be added to a raft. Water depth and safety requirements differ by attraction. Supervise children continuously, including in shallow water; lifeguards do not replace adult supervision.

Child admission and ride eligibility

Official ticket information lists free admission for children under three, with proof of age. Children under thirteen must be accompanied by an adult aged eighteen or over. Free entry does not waive ride restrictions. Height is measured without shoes in the water park. Slides can have separate height, weight, passenger and physical-ability requirements. Children under eight need responsible-adult supervision in LEGO Wave Pool and Build-A-Raft River. Follow each attraction’s posted rules and the team’s instructions.

Prepare for the visit

Use suitable swimwear and the required waterproof swim nappies for toddlers. Some attractions prohibit exposed metal zips, buckles or rivets. LEGO Wave Pool and Build-A-Raft River do not allow personal flotation devices; ask the team about approved life jackets. Check each ride’s rules for phones, cameras, glasses and loose belongings. Bring sun protection and a change of clothes, and allow time for changing and showers.

Accessibility, food and rentals

Review the official accessibility guide before visiting if you need mobility or sensory support. Individual attractions may require transfers and assistance from your companion; access to every ride is not guaranteed. Outside food is generally restricted, with exceptions for baby food and small special-diet meals. Confirm medical exceptions and documentation in advance. Towels, lockers and cabanas are normally paid rentals; a towel rental may involve a refundable deposit. Confirm current terms and do not assume these services are free.

Confirm the voucher before payment

Send your intended date and each child’s age and height. Confirm the park, ticket category, authorised source, availability, total price and voucher delivery before paying. Obtain the written cancellation and amendment terms, including what happens if the park does not operate. Re-entry is subject to park requirements: ask about the ticket and hand stamp before leaving. A free date change or refund is not promised.
