The official Sky Views Edge Walk page currently lists an age range of 12 to 65 years, height from 130 to 200 centimetres and weight from 30 to 120 kilograms. Guests under 18 require in-person consent from a parent or legal guardian. The venue’s current terms remain final.
Edge Walk is an outdoor, hands-free ledge experience around the exterior of the Address Sky View tower, approximately 219.5 metres above ground. Participants wear the required overall and safety equipment and follow a trained guide. It is different from a standard indoor observation-deck visit and may not suit every visitor who is comfortable with normal high-rise views.
Confirm whether the selected AED 500 product also includes Sky Views Observatory, the Glass Slide, photographs, video or another benefit. None of those extras should be assumed unless the voucher names them.
Participants must be in good medical condition and able to complete the physical and mental tasks. The official terms exclude pregnancy, existing or recurring injuries, urgent medical conditions and serious physical or mental conditions that could prevent safe participation. Alcohol, narcotics and judgement-impairing substances are prohibited.
Wear modest, comfortable clothing and secure closed-toe shoes. Skirts, dresses, high heels, flip-flops and loose footwear are not suitable. Leave unsecured jewellery and loose personal items safely stored. Bring original identification and any consent documentation requested on the confirmation.
The official guidance asks visitors to arrive 20 to 30 minutes before the scheduled visit. Late arrival can result in a missed session, so allow time for Downtown Dubai traffic, parking, the tower entrance, ticket checks and the safety briefing.
Extreme weather can cause cancellation or rescheduling without advance notice, and poor visibility can affect the view. Ask for the written refund, rescheduling, no-show and date-change terms before payment. Do not place another non-refundable timed attraction immediately after the session.
The exterior ledge, safety harness and height make this different from ordinary step-free sightseeing. Guests with reduced mobility, balance concerns, vertigo, sensory sensitivity or fear of heights should discuss suitability directly with the venue. Companions who do not participate need their own confirmed access product if they want to enter other Sky Views areas.
