Weight and Height Restrictions: Apart from the height restriction of 130m to 200m a weight restriction of 30kg to 120kg is also to be adhered.

Clothing: Dress appropriately. Do not use loose dresses, skirts, flip flop sandals, looser shoes or long and loose scarves.

Health Conditions: You need to notify Sky Views staff of any impairment, physical ailment, or condition that may pertain to: neck or back difficulties, heart issues, motion sickness sensitivity, epilepsy, pregnancy, etc.

Ticket Validity: Please remember that your ticket is only applicable on the date of the event and the scheduled time of your slot.

Access Points: The Sky Views observatory is only assessed through Tower 1. And Sky Views can be accessed through The Address Sky View Tower 1 Level 1 i.e. the entry point next to residence entrance or via The Dubai Mall metro link located right next to Marina Pharmacy.
