The live booking form offers two packages: Dinner in the Sky and Lunch in the Sky, each currently shown at AED 750 per selected guest. Lunch generally provides daylight views, while dinner offers an evening atmosphere. A package name alone does not reserve a particular time, sunset view or private table. Your exact session, reporting time and availability must be confirmed before payment.

Guests attend a safety briefing before being secured into the purpose-built platform seats. The platform height and operation depend on weather and the safety team's decision. Late arrival can result in a missed session, so follow the reporting time printed on the voucher.

Menu, seating and guest requirements

The meal format and menu are set for the confirmed session. Share vegetarian, allergy or other dietary requests before booking; special requirements remain subject to venue confirmation. Standard seats are normally part of a shared platform. Celebration arrangements, professional photos, transport, private seating and extra beverages are not included unless stated on the voucher.

Height, weight, age, mobility and health conditions may affect participation. Guests must be able to sit safely in the approved restraint system and follow crew instructions. Wear secure footwear and practical clothing. Loose items must be stored as directed.

Confirm the exact session time before payment because the package name does not guarantee sunset, a particular view or a specific menu. Reporting Time and Session Planning

Use the reporting time on the final voucher. Registration, identification and the safety briefing take place before the platform is raised. Late arrival can mean a missed session, and the venue cannot normally delay the full group. Allow extra travel time for Dubai traffic and verify the exact meeting point and parking guidance.

The complete visit is longer than the elevated dining period because preparation, seating and lowering the platform require time. Avoid a tight connection with flights, cruises or another non-refundable timed attraction.
