How to Choose the Correct Palm Monorail Ticket

The live booking panel offers one-way, round-trip and unlimited-day products between Gateway, Nakheel Mall and Atlantis. Read the complete package name before payment because two tickets with the same price can cover different origins and destinations. A one-way ticket cannot be used as a round trip, and a return product must match the route you intend to travel.

The fares shown are per adult. Child and infant rules are not displayed completely on the cards, so confirm age, height and fare categories before booking. Ask whether the issued ticket is dated, timed or valid throughout the selected operating day.

Gateway, Nakheel Mall and Atlantis Stations

Gateway Station connects visitors with the mainland side of Palm Jumeirah. Nakheel Mall is useful for shopping and access to nearby attractions, while Atlantis Aquaventure Station serves the outer crescent. Choose the start station according to your hotel, parking or onward plan rather than assuming every pass begins at Gateway.

The monorail is separate from the Dubai Metro and Dubai Tram. Metro, tram, taxi, parking and walking connections are not included in the monorail fare. Allow extra time when transferring between different transport systems.

Travel Time and Operating Hours

Check first and last train times for the selected date. Operating hours, frequency and station access can change for maintenance or special events. An unlimited pass remains subject to the stated validity period and does not guarantee travel after the final service.

Keep the QR code or ticket available until the journey is complete. Re-entry, route changes and unused sectors follow the confirmed product terms.
